Needleberry is a fabric brand built for makers — creatives, crafters, sewists, and anyone who finds joy in making things by hand. Selling both on Amazon and through their own shop, Needleberry needed a brand that felt instantly welcoming, accessible, and encouraging, while still standing out in a crowded, commodity-driven category. Motif created the messaging and visual identity from the ground up to support that mission.

The brand was designed to remove intimidation from the creative process. Messaging is warm, supportive, and maker-centric — speaking directly to people who are learning, experimenting, and creating for the love of it. The tagline and voice reinforce Needleberry as a place where creativity feels doable, enjoyable, and worth the time. This isn’t fabric for insiders only — it’s fabric for people who want to make.

Visual Identity.

Visually, Needleberry leans into the name, also created by Motif. The identity uses friendly typography, playful proportions, and a bright, optimistic color palette anchored by rich berry tones. Nothing feels rigid or overly polished — the brand feels alive, tactile, and human. Patterns, textures, and packaging moments are designed to feel delightful and personal, reinforcing the idea that every creative moment matters.

Brand in Use.

The identity translates seamlessly across digital storefronts, packaging, and product presentation — whether a customer encounters Needleberry on Amazon or through the brand’s own site. The system supports scale while maintaining personality, ensuring the brand feels consistent, recognizable, and approachable everywhere it shows up.
