Adquadrant is a growth agency for consumer brands ready to scale past $100 million — the kind of client that has outgrown its internal team and has no patience for a B squad. They hire senior talent only, they invest heavily in measurement, and they tie every creative decision back to a number. That's the whole thesis: they sit between the CMO and the CFO, between the people making the work and the people who have to justify it. But their brand didn't say any of that. It was dated, flat, and gave no hint of the creative firepower behind the reporting. They came to Motif to fix the gap between what they actually do and what a prospect assumes when they land on the homepage.

Loud on purpose. Precise underneath.
The trap with a data-forward agency is that the brand ends up looking like a dashboard — blue, safe, forgettable. We went the other way. The new wordmark is pixelated and deliberately quirky, bold enough to hold its own on a billboard and strange enough to stick in your head. Around it we built a saturated, high-energy color palette that makes the brand feel like it belongs to people who make things, not just people who measure them. The pixel logic is the whole idea in one mark: creativity built out of discrete, countable units. It reads as an agency you'd hire for the creative work, from a firm you'd trust with the spend.

Two audiences, one argument.
Adquadrant sells to marketing leaders and gets approved by finance. That means the site had to make one argument that lands with both without diluting either. We wrote the positioning around the bridge itself — creative that moves the top line, measurement that protects the bottom. Every service, every proof point, and every case study on the site is framed the same way: here's the idea, here's what it returned. The senior-talent policy and the depth of their measurement stack stopped being buried operational details and became the reasons to sign.

Motif did the strategy, the writing, and the design across a site that's substantial in every direction — a full services architecture, a deep case study library, a resource hub, and the tech story behind their proprietary tools. Marketing is in the middle of a genuine reordering right now, and Adquadrant's own offering evolved during the build. Rather than fight that, we structured the site to absorb it, and worked hand in hand with their team as the message sharpened. That collaboration was the real project: two teams, one moving target, and a design system flexible enough that a positioning shift didn't mean starting over. Adquadrant handled development in-house.

Adquadrant now looks like the agency it actually is. A prospect scaling a nine-figure consumer brand lands on the site and sees color, motion, and confidence — then finds the numbers underneath it, exactly where they'd hoped. The brand no longer undersells the work, and the site gives every one of Adquadrant's audiences, from the founder to the CFO, a reason to keep scrolling.
