Swiss Madison designs beautifully modern bathroom fixtures at a far more attainable price point than legacy luxury brands like Kohler. The problem wasn’t the product. It was the presentation. Their original website was flat, dated, and undersold the quality and design of what they actually make. Motif completely reinvented the brand’s digital presence without changing the logo, transforming Swiss Madison into a confident, design-forward price brand — premium in look and experience, accessible in cost.

Swiss Madison sits in a specific, powerful lane: aspirational design without aspirational pricing. We leaned into this by clearly defining them as a price-conscious brand. Throughout the site, messaging reinforces that customers are getting showroom-level aesthetics, thoughtful engineering, and modern features, without the inflated price tag typically attached to designer bathroom fixtures.
Website Experience
The new website balances luxury and conversion with intention. Large, cinematic visuals establish taste and credibility, while clear structure and hierarchy guide shoppers efficiently. We replaced generic, overstuffed product descriptions with well-constructed product pages that break information into scannable, decision-making sections like features, performance, specs, and use cases, making it easy for customers to understand what they’re buying and why it’s a smart choice.
Product Pages & Conversion Architecture
Product pages were rebuilt from the ground up. Instead of dumping technical details into a single text block, we organized information the way people actually shop: visually, progressively, and with confidence. Performance claims, design benefits, and practical considerations are clearly separated and supported, reducing friction and hesitation while increasing trust.
Visual Direction & Imagery
We developed a comprehensive image guide and creative direction for Swiss Madison’s photography — ensuring every image reinforces modernity, calm, and elevated living. From serene lifestyle scenes to clean product angles, imagery now does the heavy lifting the old site never did: showing the beauty, scale, and sophistication of the products. Strategic sections across the site further reinforce the price-brand story, reminding customers that great design doesn’t have to be out of reach.
