Mefoar is a long-standing Judaica brand known throughout the frum community for its exceptional craftsmanship. With multiple retail locations and a deeply loyal following, Mefoar had strong brand equity, but needed a website that reflected the quality, depth, and scale of what they offer. After Pivot delivered a beautiful rebrand that modernized the look while preserving Mefoar’s traditional spirit, Motif stepped in to bring the brand fully to life online.
Website & Merchandising Strategy
Merchandising was central to the strategy. Website visitors knew some of what Mefoar carries, but not the full breadth of their catalog. We designed a smorgasbord-style homepage that visually showcases the range of products through rich photography and clear pathways into each category. A comprehensive, thumbnail-based navigation system makes it easy to understand what’s available at a glance, removing friction that text-heavy menus often create.
Product Experience & Customization
At the heart of the site is a fully integrated product customization experience that allows customers to build their own pieces with confidence. The configurator feels native to the brand: refined, intuitive, and visually seamless. Product and collection pages include thoughtful education, guidance, and support to help customers make informed decisions on their own, significantly reducing confusion and customer service requests.
