As with all custom furniture, the first touchpoint for an Alcove client is a visit from a salesperson. This poses a daunting challenge for the Alcove website: convincing people who just landed on our website to book an in-home visit. Not an easy ask! We exhaustively researched our target audience to craft messaging that speaks to them, then created a website experience hyper-optimized for conversions.
